Association Members are able to view annual meeting minutes and financials in the association's private Facebook group.  Information on the date of the next annual meeting will also be shared on Facebook and in the mailed newsletter.

Albertville Friendly City Days

Multi-day community festival, held in early June of each year. Website

First Tuesday of August held at the Highlands common area.

St. Michael Daze & Knights Festival

Mid-August. Annual festival at nearby City Center, includes parade route on Frankfort Avenue adjacent to the neighborhood.  Website

Pool Opening (available only for Residents of The Highlands HOA)

Typically opens late-May.  Visit the private Facebook group for details.

Highlands Halloween

Held for neighborhood kids, costume and treats in the Highlands common area with pumpkin carving contest.
Dependent on volunteer planning.
